"Baker Tilly Russaudit" holds audit license No. Е006075 issued on 24.06.2004. Also our Firm is licensed by the Department of FSB of Russia to perform activities using data classified as National Security Information (License ГТ No. 0016541, Registration No. 13495, issued on 12.12.2008), and also holds an appraisal and valuation license valid in the Republic of Kazakhstan (License ЮЛ-00625-(015.468) No. 0048673, issued on 26.10.2006).

The Firm has employees on its staff that are members of Non-profit Partnership Self-Regulatory Interregional Association of Appraisers and Non-profit Partnership Self-Regulatory Organization of the Association of Russian Masters of Appraising, which gives us the right to conduct appraising and valuation services in accordance with Federal Law, “On appraising in the Russian Federation”. Prior to 1 January 2008, appraisal services were conducted under License No. 000409 issued by the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation on 29 August 2001.
